Default BT Phorm UK & EU.

This is the system at work, not. Now, while the UK has changed the law to bring it into line with the EU the "event" happened. BT & Phorm should have suffered in some way for their actions. A mass walk-away from BT as the telephone/broadband supplier would have been appropriate.
