Daggerfall. Free.
Seems Bethesda released Daggerfall to celebrate 15 years of Elder scrolls.
Download: http://www.elderscrolls.com/download...oads_games.htm They say you have to run it in DosBox. I've got the original & ran/run it in Win' 98SE fine.

Download DaggerfallSetup_EN for a simple pain free install. Works fine on Win 7 64bit. Saves me having to start my old system up anyway.
